Abstract

Processes of shaping of hollow details of aircraft are considered by a rolling method. At the same time three ways of rolling are allocated: rolling with use of technological plates, with use of technological cylinders, with use of technological cones. Constructive schemes of deforming rollers are considered. Tension, deformations, necessary efforts for process exercise is defined. Also geometrical form of sheet preparation, proceeding from geometry of the formed hollow detail with variable curvature of a contour of a transverse section is adjusted. The operability of constructive schemes of processes of rolling is experimentally approved at manufacture of hollow details.
