Abstract

The paper describes one of the major tools of industrial marketing – efficiency evaluation of the performance of the capitalized product supplier for the purpose of making a well-grounded decision by the industrial buyer (plant) about the contract continuation or termination. Some requirements for the evaluation system are defined, specific kinds of the supplier performance efficiency are singled out, generalizing criteria are proposed as well as the indicators for their measurement, a scheme showing the effect of the efficiency evaluation criteria upon the resulting indicators of the economic activity of the buyer is also represented.
