Informational support of decision-making at the operational administration rendering of services

Abstract

Article is devoted ordering of the results received by authors linked with development of an intelligence system of support of decision-making for rise efficiency of rendering of services on an example of firms of the industry of health and beauty. Two main making implementations of an operational administration by rendering of services are considered. First, formalising of the task of the planning considering specifics of a subject domain of the industry of health and beauty, leads to necessity of isusing semantically expressive resources for the description technological limited and preferences of clients. Secondly, more and more improved network and multinuclear technologies allow to solve planning tasks at level new technological. These aspects find reflexion in technologies of ontologic knowledge bases and multiagent the systems concerning area distributed artificial intelligence.
